Directions from East
Take 287 West to Exit 1 (Route 119/Tarrytown). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Route 119. Continue on 119 for 2.5 miles to its end. Turn left onto Route 9. Gracemere Road is 1/4 mile on your left, at the second traffic light (the light after the DoubleTree Hotel). You will see Montefiore on the right and a sign for Emerald Woods and Gracemere opposite. Turn left onto Gracemere, go 1/3 mile straight up the hill. Kelly & Knaplund office is in a big white house with three-car garage. Entrance is near garage.
Directions from West
Cross Tappan Zee Bridge to Tarrytown, NY. Take Exit 9/Tarrytown (immediately after toll booths). At end of exit ramp, turn left onto Route 9 (aka “Broadway”). Proceed 200 yards to traffic light. You will see Montefiore on the right and a sign for Emerald Woods and Gracemere opposite. Turn left onto Gracemere, go 1/3 mile straight up the hill.
